Almighty and ever living God, who strengthened your apostle Thomas with sure and certain faith in your Son’s Resurrection: Grant us so perfectly and without doubt to believe in Jesus Christ, our Lord and God, that our faith may never be found wanting in your sight. We ask this through Jesus our Lord, Amen.
(Saint Thomas, July 3)

I would like to sincerely thank Miss Katie Walker and Ms Chantelle Johnson for their contribution to Xavier during Semester One.  Next term, the school welcomes back Mrs Jaycee Page and Mrs Reenu Sunny after being on Parental Leave.  Mrs Page will work fulltime in Year 2 Blue, while Mrs Sunny will work part-time (Monday-Wednesday) in Year 4.  Congratulations also to Sydney (5B) and Antonella (1B) for successfully completing their practicums this term.

I will taking Senior Leaders Renewal Leave (SLRL) for the first 6 weeks of Term 3.  I will be attending a pilgrimage with other CEWA principals to Fatima, Lourdes & the Shrines of Spain, as well as spending time in Rome and Croatia.  Mrs Konle will be Principal in my absence, and I wish her, with the support of Mrs Finlay, the very best during her tenure.

As this is the final newsletter for Term 2, I would like to wish everyone a well-deserved and safe holiday.  A reminder that Term 3 resumes for all students in Kindergarten to Year 6 on Monday 21 July.
