All children from Kindy to Year 6 took part in a Constable Care Incursion this week. This free incursion helped give children strategies for keeping safe online and for situations which may require first aid, or looking for help in an emergency, depending on their age group.

4-Year-Old Kindergarten Interviews 2027

2027 Kindy interviews will commence from the beginning of Week 4 through to the end of Term 2.  The interview process is a wonderful opportunity to meet new families, their child and to answer any questions they may have about the school or the 4-Year-Old Kindy program.  Mrs Konle, and Mrs Finlay will interview families who have children already enrolled in the school.

Year 6 Interschool Cricket Carnival

Our Xavier Year 6 students recently represented the school at the Interschool Cricket Carnival held at Sutherlands Park. While the results did not always fall our way, both our boys’ and girls’ teams demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, resilience, and encouragement throughout the day. In beautiful sunny conditions, students maintained positive spirits, supported one another, and proudly represented Xavier both on and off the field. A highlight of the carnival was the boys’ strong victory over St Munchin’s as they settled into the competition, with some impressive batting from Arthur, who struck several powerful 4s and 6s, while Arnav contributed important wickets with the ball. The girls also showed great determination and teamwork, with Ella-Grace and Miracle displaying strong all-round cricket skills across the day. Team spirit was further lifted by Savannah’s homemade cricket chant, which kept energy and enthusiasm high amongst the girls’ team. It was wonderful to see so much teamwork, laughter, and respectful competition throughout the carnival, and we congratulate all students for their effort, enthusiasm, and commitment.
