Early Years Farm Incursion

On Tuesday and Thursday of Week 10, Farm on Wheels came to visit Mum’s & Bub’s, Three-Year Old Kindy and both Pre-Primary classes.

They got to see a variety of animals including, chickens, goats, sheep, ducks, geese and a miniature horse. They learnt all about each animal and what they do on the farm. They also had the opportunity to hold 3-week old baby chicks, as well as feed lambs and kids (baby goats) some milk.

Afterwards, Farmer Mick let the children all pat the animals, as they roamed around freely. All the children had a wonderful experience with all the farm animals.

Car Park Safety

It has been brought to the school’s attention that there are a number of cars that are regularly exceeding the designated 8km speed limit when entering/exiting the school/parish carpark.  It is not always possible to police cars entering and exiting the school, so we please ask, in the interest of everyone’s safety, that people please adhere to the designated speed limit and slow down when entering and exiting the school.
